How to get started?

Chemistry meeting with 2-3 coaches and client (Person to be coached). No Cost

Both Coach and client agree to work together

The 3-party contract, between Coach (BYLD), Client and Sponsor (Typically HR or Reporting Manager)

40 -60 Minutes session with a space of 10-15 days

Minimum 6, ideally 9 and maximum12 sessions
